Trying for VBAC posterior cervix 38+4

Went to my 38 week checkup the doctor did the check and said she couldn't get a good read on my cervix bc it is posterior and she would hurt me if she tried to find out so I told her no thanks. Just very discouraging since I am trying to go into labor on my own and try for a VBAC. It just feel like it's not going to happen at all and we'll be doing my scheduled C section on the 31st either way 😫😡😢 yes I cried after my appointment lol just ready to have my baby but apparently my body isn't.
