Bleeding 13 weeks

Had gush of bright red blood yesterday 13 w 3 days. Not a lot on my pads but turning toilet red yet. Haven’t noticed clots. Nervous of course as I seem to have terrible reproductive luck. Had IVF with the first and had a few miscarriages between that and now. Never miscarried this late however. Do have history with last of subchorionic hematomas but never had any bleeding like this. Hoping dr gets me in today to check on baby. Fingers crossed. Have seen lots of you lucky ladies be ok after having similar experience. I’m hoping for same. Would love to hear experience and outcome.
