Anyone else still dizzy? Doctor can’t find anything wrong with me

I’m 16+4 and I’ve been dealing with awful dizzy spells. I had two this morning and my husband is super worried about me. One of them was while I was changing my daughters diaper and I fell on the floor while she was still on her changing table. I can’t keep doing this, but I don’t know how to fix it. Has anyone found anything that helped?

Only solution is taking it easy. Try your best to prioritize your own sleep, hydration, blood glucose levels. Limit caffeine. No sudden movements, be deliberate when moving from standing and sitting, bend at your knees - don’t bend over. Twist slowly, give yourself time, don’t be in a rush. I know all of this is easier said then done. I’ve fainted more than a handful of times- twice it was sort of anxiety induced (crowded place, too much caffeine, not enough food), twice it was simply because I was sitting with my legs dangling too long and my blood pooled in my legs, and other times it’s just dizziness from changing positions quickly while being overtired or not having eaten. Take care of yourself!

I've been feeling dizzy because I think I have an ear infection and some water trapped behind my ears. If you haven't had any tests done you might speak to an ENT or an audiologist. I used to work with an audiologist and she had people coming in all the time for dizziness and vertigo. Hope you find some relief soon!
