20 weeks along and don’t feel moving

Hello!

I am 20 weeks along and I don’t feel my baby move. I feel my muscles and ligaments pull all the time but don’t feel my baby. I hear the heartbeat nice and strong, saw the baby but yet no movement. My doctor said I shouldn’t worry but at 26 weeks if I still don’t feel movement then I should start questioning things.

Can you give me your experiences please, how far along before you felt baby move, what it felt like maybe it’s just me confusing ligament pulling and baby moving. This is my first pregnancy so I am an worry nelly !
