Stomach cramping pregnant ?

Hello guys I’m 14 weeks pregnant and yesterday I went to get my hair done and 30 mins in I started gettin stomach cramps and it felt l had really bad gas that was trapped .. my hair took 5 hours to finish so within those 5 hours it was off and on pains .. when I stood up it stopped but when I got back in the car it happen again .. it didn’t settle until I got home drunk some water and laid down .. and I never had those pains again … should I be worried or anything ? This is my second baby and idk Wht I’m so paranoid this pregnancy
