Definitely pads. I hate the depends, they were terrible and to much work for me personally

I wore a pad inside depends ,more security and protection and the depends are much more comfortable than the underwear they give at the hospital.

Depends just for the first few days of heavy bleeding, then pads.

Depends ended up being WAY too expensive for the amount of times you need to change it and how long postpartum bleeding last for lol. Not sure if it’s normal but I had lochia bleeding for 2 months 😂
I bought them twice and then said I’ll stick to maxi pads and granny panties. It did the job lol

The depends gave me really itchy tiny bumps at the waistband and just below 🤷‍♀️like even after I stopped wearing them it took days for the itching to go away

My bleeding only last less than a week so I used depends and then switched to pads when it lightened up

First few days I used the giant pads the hospital gave out. Once it slowed down I used my nice comfy  cloth pads. It lasts a long time but for me it wasn't actually that heavy after the first part so regular pads were fine. I would have been so irritated trying to wear disposables for that long.

I wanted to like the depends. Everyone I know swears by them but I truly hated them and won’t be getting them this time around.
