Anybody else..?

I had some pinkish brownish spotting and some weird cramping at 6 dpo. Wondering if anyone else has had this and gotten their bfp? I’m hoping it was implantation bleeding, but I feel like every month I’m just reaching for some sliver of hope just to get yet another negative.
