After Egg Retrieval ohhs

Hello ladies

On Monday I had my egg retrieval. Since Tuesday I was feeling complete bloated and gained 5-6 lbs overnight weight. Had difficulty in deep breathing and feeling of tightness in abdomen area. Yesterday I went to my doctor and he removed 2.5 liters of fluid from my abdomen. Now I feel lot better just little pain in my ovaries lower abdomen.

I am just worried as there was fluid in my abdomen is there any chances that there may be fluid in my chest area as well ? And is it normal to have fluid in abdomen?
