C section mamas! Please read!!

Hello ladies! So, my doctor has put me as high risk because of a lipoma on my brain. She’s suggested a c section so I don’t put a lot of strain on the lipoma. Can you ladies tell me about getting a c section? Is postpartum the same as natural birth? I was gonna get an after care kit but idk if I’ll need it. Do you still have to spray your bottoms with water? I know I’ll still bleed afterwards…I just need someone to ease my mind and tell me about cesareans. Thank you in advance!!
