Scar itchy and stretch marks?

Hello!

I had a c-section a little over 2 years ago and I’m pregnant again. I’m 13 weeks right now. Anyway, my scar is getting itchy and the skin around it is almost starting to look like I’m maybe getting some stretch marks already. With my first pregnancy I didn’t have any stretch marks. Has this happened to anyone else? I was thinking maybe because where they stitched up the skin is tighter so it’s not as stretchy anymore so that’s where the itch is coming from? I mean it’s not like unbearable or anything it’s just different than my first.
