2vbac after 1section

A little late on my story. But just wanted to come by here and give a positive vbac story once again for all you ladies needing it. My first was a csection due to fetal stress 12/11/14. FFW to 3 years I was finally able to conceive my second son despite my PCOS. I vbac’d with no issues just a failed epidural. But successful delivery and a healthy 8lb 1 oz baby boy 12/09/18. Two years later I once again successfully vbac’d another healthy 8lb baby boy 7/20/21. Of course I had rules, no induction, must go into labour on my own. My first vbac came after a membrane sweep at 38 wks 5 days and my second vbac came at 40 weeks +5 days, I did do a membrane sweep twice after 38wks but didn’t go into labour within 48 hrs but sure enough came when he was ready weeks later. (:

All in all, find an encouraging provider who is willing to be patient and cheer you on every step of the way. I almost gave into a csection by choice thinking i couldn’t do it given i was already over due. Im glad I rewinded and put a positive mind once again. Good luck ladies! Be patient and positive!
