Late period need assistance with these results

Hello Everyone hope all is well …. Please no negative comments

So today marks me being 4 days late on my cycle I took a total of 4 pregnancy tests 3 of them have a Gray line the other test just simply have a very very faint line i am nauseous my boobs hurt and for some reason my ankles and feet hurt 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ I will drop photos below

Back story I am 8 months postpartum started birth control March 2021 stopped beginning of June 2021 had my June period now no July period my cycle is average 25-28 days we are on day 32
