Hey can anyone help?

Disclaimer I have been to the doctor twice. I understand this is not a doctor office I would just love to know if anyone had any insight..

I was supposed to be 9 weeks. But at an ultrasound they could not find my baby. I go to the emergency room and they say my HCG levels are 1265. They said they think I’m around 6 weeks instead. They did vaginal and stomach ultrasound but could not find my baby. Did this happen to anyone else? I go back in 2 days to check levels again but I would love to hear what someone else has to say.. thank you so much.
