Is it okay to not give your 1-year-old milk?

I’m still breastfeeding my 16-month-old daughter about twice a day. Is it OK for me to not give her milk and only breastfeed apart from feeding her solids? Do other breastfeeding mothers supplement with milk anyway?

We only give milk in things eg on cereal. Don’t need to give bottles. My daughter is 18m and has never had a bottle or cup of cows milk

Breastmilk is actually recommended until 2!

Yep! They can get the calcium and vitamin D from other milks and dairy products that aren’t cows milk. Yogurt is a very easy way to add in dairy

We mostly gave milk in forms of yoghurt, in oatmeal, sauces and such.
