It appears to be perfectly fine.
There are no obvious signs of infection. The margins are clean and pink which indicates healthy scars tissue forming. There are no red or shiny patches which indicate that the skin is generally healthy. There is no greenish, blackish or brownish discharge that would indicate infection. The clear fluid you are talking about is likely serous fluid, which is a normal by product of wound healing. If there's no increased temperature, no foul discharge or pain then you are lijley just fine.

No id see a doctor about that. Ive had three cuts and none of them have looked like that (obviously there was bruising) or had liquid dripping out. Liquid is usually a sign of an infected wound.
