sweaty sleeper

Does anyone of my other co sleeping mommies have super sweaty little ones? My son sweats so much at night. He won't sleep without a blanket on him, but he sweats like a burly man. I try to take the blanket off thinking he is too hot and he will wake up and cry for the blanket. I don't know what it is. I've read it can be genetic and it can be nothing. I just don't know how to handle it. Our room isn't hot, we have an air conditioner and it keeps it cool in there.
