PCOS Question

Hi! So just wanting to get some insight on what others with PCOS may have experienced before being diagnosed. I think I may have it but I want to be sure about some stuff before I talk to my doctor. I have very irregular periods but I am overweight so I know other factors can be at play here. I’ve read up on some of the more uncommon symptoms and some of those match up. The weirdest thing I think I’ve noticed is like this dull pinching/tugging pain I get every so often near near the uterus and ovaries. It is a bit hard to describe. It’s is more of an ache than a sharp shooting pain most of the time. Has anyone experienced this before? Any insights would be super appreciated!
