What tips and tricks worked for you to get pregnant with PCOS. I have irregular periods. I’m not sure if I ovulate so this is my first week of tracking my ovulation so far super faint negatives my ovulation date is in about 4 days.

I have ordered vitex berry in bulk, I’m currently taking prenatal vitamins, and using essential oils. I’m open to any suggestions we have an appointment with my obgyn in august to hopefully regulate my periods a little bit more.
