TTC After Miscarriage

I’m currently going through a first trimester miscarriage and I’ve been bleeding for 5 days and passing clots for 4 of them, I’m still in a lot of pain and I’m not sure when all of this will be over. I’ve had 2 early losses but they were just like a heavy period and this is way different, it’s taking a toll on my mental state now and I’m just ready for it to be over, how long does it usually take? & when is it safe to try again.
