Infertility Treatment with NHS (UK)
Hi
My husband and I are being referred to the NHS infertility clinic, as we have been unable to conceive naturally.
My tests have all came back fine, but he has very low sperm count and motility due to previous steroid use - all of which has been disclosed to the doctors.
I wondered if anyone on here has had a similar issue, as I'm not quite sure what to expect. Ideally, we would like to receive medication for him to improve his sperm, but from what I've read the NHS tend to focus on getting the woman pregnant via IUI or IVF rather than treatment of the male.
Would be grateful if anyone could shed some light on what the process looks like, how long it takes, what treatments were offered etc.
Thanks
