Job advice

Hello, I know this is weird asking strangers for advice but I am younger and hope to have some great advice given to me. I worked at a daycare for a while, I was a lead in the 2.5/3’s. I felt very valued there but with potty training, curriculum and everything by myself, it got to be too much for how little I was making, so I found a place that gave me 2.00 more, not only that but gives us off a week for Christmas, a week for thanksgiving and all paid holidays. My old job called me and asked me to come back and they will pay me .75 cents more than this job I’m at, however no holiday pay. I miss my babies but I also grown very attached to my new ones but I also feel more secure at my old job because of how close I am with everyone, here I feel like the front doesn’t really like having conversations with me or anything. Idk. Advice please!
