Plan b on birth control ?

So my boyfriend and I had an accidental oopsies and we aren’t sure if anything got inside me. I am on birth control and I have been for a year, but I take the POP pill which isn’t as protective against pregnancy as the combo pill. For cautionary measures I took a plan b. Is that alright because I read just now that you shouldn’t mix, but I’m not taking any chances since my pill isn’t 100% effective.

If you take the POP pill at the same time everyday, it should be effective but if you don’t trust it or take it late, use a condom. That’s easier than going through the hassle that comes from using Plan B!

As long it’s not all the time, but it’s safe. I’m on birth control and also took the Plan B incase as a fail safe. My beau likes to finish inside me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

if you don’t trust your birth control i would start using condoms, plan b is so bad for your body

The POP pill is with perfect use just as effective as the combined the issue with it is sometime people forget a couple here or there which brings in typical usage statistics where with combined you have a 12 hour window but with POP its a 2-3 hour window which makes it appear more effective so if you take it perfectly everyday you are fine and don't need Plan B.
