Anyone buy from Car-Mart?

I'm saving up for a car, but I'm a part-time cashier and $8.75/hr isn't much to work with. I'm not looking for a newer car either for now, an older one that runs decently will work just fine.
My PT Cruiser was stolen a couple years back, and my Monty Carlo's transmission completely gave out beyond repair. They were older vehicles, in the earlier 2000's, but they served us well enough.

I recommend carguru or autotrader. You can find cheap older cars that will run. Also, no hate on your job since I don’t know where you live, but almost everywhere pays $11 or more an hour now. That’ll help you save faster. Walmart pays $13 and will pay tuition at certain colleges, Costco $15, braums $12. No hate, just thought I’d throw that out there since a few dollars more an hour can make a big difference.

I personally will tell anyone I meet asking about carmart to not go there lol 😂 they will sell you a fucked up lemon.. I was warned against it and I did it anyways. Ended up having them come and get the car cause it had issue after issue after issue.
