Me and my fiancé trying to have a baby and the past week I been having real bad heart burn and mild cramping and lower back pain but yesterday I went to do number two n when I wiped it was lil blood coming from my vaginal area but after it didn’t didn’t do it again after that when I use the bathroom again this morning I used the bathroom n brown blood …could I be pregnant❓🤔
