Hi mommas, this is my first baby and am 33 weeks 2 days. I am trying to prepare and going crazy because I cannot find an answer. so I currently have the spectra s2. I know that before first use you clean and sterilize bottles and breast pump parts. I realize of course to hand wash with warm soapy water after each use. But how often should your parts and bottles be sterilized and how do you sterilize your spectra parts. I can’t find a concrete answer from anywhere. I’m trying to use reputable sites like cdc, Mayo Clinic, American academy of pediatrics, spectra and no one gives a concrete answer. Thank you!!
