Looking for advice!(TMI)

So normally my period is a light to medium flow for 4-5 days, and then I have a discharge for one day after. Also, my period just starts not spotting before hand. And since I am TTC I take a test a few days before my period. When I did it was negative, and then when my period was supposed to start I got a very weird and different beginning, I was very very light pink. Then, I bled very light compared to normal for only 2 days. Then spotted/had a brown discharge for 3 days. I don’t know what to do, and have so many questions, but I am also trying not to get worried or excited because I keep telling myself maybe I’m stressed and don’t know it. Or maybe it’s because I stopped my birth control (4 and a half months ago) I just need so advice. And I truly do thank you in advance !
