Whats more accurate to base due date off of?

Is it more accurate to base off first day of last period or date of conception? My cycle lengths are always different each month. Trying to figure out my due date accurately

LMP until you get the ultrasound.

I usually just wait until my first ultrasound. They usually give a better idea on when the actual due date is. Until then I base it off the first day of my last period.
