I have 12 children... FAQ
I decided to write this as I get a lot of questions about my large family. I put it on anonymous just because I tend to always write anonymous, but I thought this could help anyone considering an XL family like mine! These are the most frequently asked questions I get.

Q- Were they all planned?
A- Isaiah, Emilia, and Gabriel are the only ones I actually planned. Everyone else was a surprise happy gift.
Q- How do you afford it?
A- We budget. I work as a dietician and my husband is a cardiologist. Even with a doctor’s salary + my own, we have to budget.
Q- Do they all have to share rooms?
A- In 2011, we built a custom house with 7 bedrooms. Ezra and Adam share a room, although Ezra is about to go live in a college dorm so Adam will be solo. Abigail shares a room with Olivia and Emilia. Isaiah shares a room with Uriah. Canaan and Gabriel share. The twins Lucille and Camille share. Baby Xavier still shares a room with us but we plan on building an additional room for him so we can still have a room for our nanny!
Q- Are you crazy?
A- Yes! Lol.
Q- Do you use nannies or daycare?
A- Yes! We have a full time nanny who has been with us for 7 years named Gretchen and she is like a part of our family. We also have a part time nanny who helps out 3 times a week named Danielle.
Q- How are you able to bond with each child?
A- My husband and I make sure to dedicate time to individual kids throughout the week. It may be small, like just going to the grocery alone with one of us, or it may be like going out for icecream or to the park.
Q- Did you plan on having this many kids?
A- No, it just happened. We are officially done, but I am very grateful.
Q- What is the most difficult part?
A- Probably getting alone time. I’m constantly surrounded by kids.
