After 3 MC saw baby today and flickering HB .. is this good news ?

I was super early around 5 weeks 6 days or so. Went in early due to previous history and having some spotting. The ultrasound technician said she was shocked to see baby and heart beat ! Although she couldn’t measure the HB because baby was so small we saw it flashing away. This is a great start though right ??? I never even made it this far before. So my I’m just over the moon. 😭😭😭 just hope everything progresses good in the next two weeks when I go back ! ❤️
