Steps to get married

Okay . I wanna say I’m 21 and honestly thought all you do is get engaged , get married fill out a application for marriage license .. but it seems like there’s more to that 😂😂 I was on this chapels website for Vegas & in PA (where I live ) and it said your license is valid for 60 days .. license can be used in any county in PA . And a 3 day waiting period from the day you went in to apply for the license .. what in the entire heck does any of this mean ??!
