My second daughter has a third nipple

Her doctor confirmed but told me it shouldn’t get any lighter and should stay flat. Well I consulted dr google like a dumby and that’s not what I am reading. Plus the third nipple isn’t just flat it has a lil tiny bump where the nipple would be and then it’s just a little discolored where the areola is if that makes sense. Anyone else’s baby have a third nipple and it did indeed stay small and unnoticeable?
