Cloth. My son was allergic to both those options, as well as whole foods and honest diapers.

We used pampers fir our girl. And had to switch to huggies for our boy. Pampers never fit him right and he got rashes from them. 
We used hellobello for a bit with her but they didn’t hold enough over night.

We LOVE pampers pure! I feel good about using them on her sensitive skin & they are cleaner in terms of materials used. Plus, no leaks!

dispos until they grew out of newborn. then we used a combo of dispo / cloth until we ran out of the dispos we got at our baby shower. cloth has been my absolute fav!

LUVs for 1st and pampers for 2nd. They literally could only use 1 brand. Everything else gave them rashes. We tried everything. I refused to use cloth diapers
