Do NOT give Tylenol unless the dr has given you the dosage. It is based off of weight. Also not unless there is actual fever and that is 100.4, even then the babe needs to be taken to ER. 
Meds should not be given unless there is fever and the dr has given the OK. 
Do NOT take medical advice from randoms on an app, especially when it involves with a newborn.

I was told never to give baby medicine under 3 months unless ok’ing it by the doctor. This is because they want the doctor to look into the cause of the fever/illness. So unless you know the cause, I’d recommend checking with your doctor first.
