Boyfriend thinks I’m not attracted to him

So we had a baby in March of 2020. Not only that but I was put on an antidepressant and mood stabilizer In January of this year. All of these things combined have made my sex drive almost nonexistent. Our sex life is obviously completely different now (I used to have a super crazy sex drive). My boyfriend is constantly saying he feels like it’s him and I’m not attracted to him anymore that’s why we don’t have sex like we used to. I’ve explained to him many times it’s my medication and he says he understands yet still gets in his feelings and makes these comments. I understand where he’s coming from but it also hurts me when he says these things because I can’t help it. Has anyone else ever dealt with this and how did you handle it?
