Is he cheating or am I overreacting ????

Edit: he has never cheated but he was text his ex's from time to time and hung out with them but never physically cheated.. his location said he was at work all night this morning he called me and showed me he was going to get breakfast that's why his location was moving. 
I don't trust my boyfriend but I'm trying to hard to work on it, he just started this new job and he works night shift. We barely spend any time together because of it. 
Well this morning he text me and said they were working over time. he's been at work since 10 and it's 10:30 now. That's over 12 hours. He can't text while at work but I checked his location and it's telling me his phone is dead. Am I over reacting or do this sound sketchy???

It’s either you trust him or you don’t end of story. You definitely don’t so why stay? You both are going to be miserable if you constantly ask if he’s cheating or not

I don’t know what he’s up to but why are you doing this to yourself? Why are you staying and putting yourself through this misery? And I hate to say it but WHY would he want to go home to someone who acts like this??? This all sounds miserable. How exactly are you trying hard to work on your trust issues?

Do you have any reason to not trust him or is this just a general issue with you?? If he had cheated or whatever in the past it sounds like you'll probably never trust him fully so why do it?? If he hasn't done anything this is way too much. I wouldn't stay in a relationship with someone who needs my location and constant updates on where I am and why I am there. Some jobs have a lot of overtime...when we first met my husband worked the line at a lumber mill and his 10 hr shifts often turned to 12-14 hr shifts. If you can't trust him and are this worried doesn't seem like the relationship for you.

Girl you got some serious trust issues. I stopped reading when he said "I love you" and you went way left. If you can't trust him you don't deserve him. You need to work on yourself before you with some else.

Why are you so untrusting of him? Has it done something in the past to make you feel he isn’t trust worthy? If he has, why bother staying if this how you react? On the other side if he’s never done anything i strongly suggest you get some therapy to help with your trust issues because you are going to end up pushing him away. 
Does he work at a warehouse type deal? I only ask because I had an ex who worked at warehouses and often would have overtime if 1,2,3 shift was short staffed, it’s really not uncommon. In my personal opinion your way overreacting.

i’m sorry but but grandma (who still works) she does 16hr shifts so it is possible .

You might have an anxious attachment style if he hasn’t done anything to lose your trust and reassurance in the way you need it goes a long way.  What might he do to reassure you in the way you need it? Maybe check ins more often?  It might be helpful to have a conversation about that with him.  Not in an accusatory manner, but in a way in that you state your needs to feel secure.  
In this situation, you could always ask to see his hours on his pay - that might help reassurance here.

I’d ask him to take a pee break and call me whenever he does, then surprise him with a “send me a picture” text. If his location is off and he’s being sketchy then you’ll know.
