Pregnancy should be exciting not this scary 😟

So I am turning 40 next month. I have had 3 miscarriages in my life. The last one was in April. I found out in July I was pregnant again. At the first appointment the doctor told me I had polyps and not to worrying I bleed during intercourse. So it happened I started bleeding during continued after and was a lot heavier than I expected. It stopped my within 8 hours I did not see any clots or the sack. I called the doctor they moved my ultrasound up a week and told me no intercourse. Now I’m super nervous. Not sure if anyone has gone through this. Im just praying everything is ok.
