Working moms

Any moms working during their pregnancy? I had a really hard first trimester where I could not get off the couch, but since my situation has changed with support at home and with my health I have to go back to work, only thing is it would be outside during the August heat and it's for 10 hours a day...my doctor said it's okay but I would like some feedback from other moms on how they handled it. I should add that it's fairly physical work as I'll be installing solar panels.
