He’s mad cuz we want to go to bed

My husband works 3 days a week or 12.5 hrs a day Friday threw Sunday and has off the other days so on the work days he goes to bed between 8-8:30pm since he has to get up at 4:30 to leave at 5am so that leave me and my 2 kids awake, I usually have my 6 year old lay down around 9:30-10pm cuz any earlier he’s awake at 4-5am and my teenager usually is laying down by 10:30 on her phone or watching TV and me I’m usually watching my tv shows and usually end up falling asleep on the couch and wake up usually between 11:30pm-12am and go to my room and when he’s home he’s awake til 11:30-12am drinking beer and kids are in bed like every other night and I usually go in our room to watch tv since he’s watching his sports and he knows I’m not into that, we don’t watch anything the same he complains about my shows if I’m watching them in the Living-room and he’s home but tonight he’s pissed at me and the kids cuz kids are going to bed at 10:30pm and I’m going to lay down since I have stuff to do tomorrow in the morning and don’t want to be tired as hell since he also knows I can’t sleep really ever since I lost my mom in April 2020. So now he’s just bitching at me threw the bedroom door cuz I laid down.
