I don’t know what to do...

Currently feel like death, contractions are so bad I’m bawling when they hit, I’m group B positive, my everything hurts. Should I go to L&D? Contractions aren’t regular but are strong enough to make me buckle and cry. I NEVER had contractions this bad with my other 2. I’ve felt a lot of pressure in my vaginal area but my water is intact as far as I know. Baby is moving good, I still feel pretty high so I don’t think I’ve dropped anymore than the little I had dropped before. I’m a wreck. My SO is an hour away, I’m at work which is 15-20 minutes from the hospital my OB won’t message me back I’m scared cause I know group B is unsafe for a newborn.
