How much pain is too much?

So I have pain in back all the way to my vagina and then it leads from my vagina to my legs and ankles. It gets so bad I end up crying. Tylenol doesn't even touch it. Its actually getting hard to take care of my other kids as I can't really move without crying. By bed time I cry till I fall asleep. I feel like my OB doesn't listen. When I tell him.about the pain all he says is well rhats not a reasonnfor me to induce. Okay well im not asking for that as I'm already being induced on the 24th. But there has to be some pain relief. Pt didn't work made it worse and the pregnancy belt helps a bit but not much.
