What's the best treatment for dark circles?

So I've had disgusting dark circles for the past 2-3 years and I'm desperately looking for solutions.

I'm don't like to use a lot of makeup very often, so Ii find it very annoying to use a concealer everyday.

I don't have bags or wrinkles. Just discoloration around my eyes.

I DO NOT want to use anything too invasive such as fillers so that's out.

Can you guys please suggest cost effective treatments? And how many sessions will I need?

FYI - I've tried most home remedies like using tea bags, etc. It is more of a hereditary issue in my case.
