IuI positive test 10DPO ?

Hey ladies so on August 10 I took a first response pregnancy test four days before expected. And it came out bright positive do any of you ladies think it could still be the trigger shot that’s in my system? The trigger shot was taking on July 30 And got inseminated July 31. So now that it’s August 10 I received a positive pregnancy test 4 days before expected period and I am scared that it’s a False positive because then actively trying for four years and this is the fifth month doing IUI please send answers thank you!!!
