Vocal stimming
Anyone else’s almost 2 year old make weird high pitch noises? Like my daughter will run around when she’s excited or happy and “chirp” almost sounds like a dolphin 😂 is this normal? Worried she might be on the spectrum.
She does not hand flap or arm wave, just the high pitch noises lol
