Discipline
Hey guys! I've seen so many people do it and it motivates me to start my own health/fitness journey/glo-up. I get myself started with a workout routine and all that and I keep to it for about week. But I have a tendency to doubt myself. How do I gain self discipline to keep going?
I really want a partner to workout with and to motivate each other.
The main thing holding me back right now is that I'm moving out of state and it's difficult to keep a schedule.
