need advice/ help

Hi so i am 19 yrs old and 5 foot 1 and i weigh 124 pounds. i workout about 5-7 days a week, and mostly cardio and toning. i eat very clean, and do not eat much meat, gluten, wheat or dairy.

this is one of the highest weights i’ve ever been, at one point i was 138 because i went to the gym and lifted so much that i bulked up. i have thankfully lost the extra weight, but i still am having trouble losing anymore weight.

can y’all give me some help, advice, etc? is this an okay weight for my height? advice on how to lose more if not?
