My husband can't help with the baby or work

My husband i stuck at home with pneumonia and can't go to work so I have been pulling extra shifts every which way. I'm stressed out taking care of a sick husband and 3 month old who has colic and I'm getting no sleep. I have no help. My family is states away and the only family my husband has is his sister and after a certain thing I did I don't think she wants to do me any favors... Actually I KNOW she doesn't. Idk what to do... I'm so stressed.

Update: I tried calling his sister anyway and I was crying and you told me to "Go get fucked by the biggest dick without lube" and never call her again.... So I 100% burnt that bridge.
