First time IUI

Hello ladies! My fiancé and I had our first IUI on August 2nd. I had been on Clomid and Dexamethason and had 3 follicles seen. I did my HCG shot 36 hours prior. Everything up to this point has been perfect. I am 10 dpo and I have been having dull aches on my left side and peeing A LOT but that could also be because I'm drinking a lot more water. I also have had some lower back aches. Other than that I've had no other symptoms. I know every woman is different and it's rare to get pregnant the first try of an IUI but MAN ARE WE HOPING! has anyone else had these dull aches on one side? The web keeps saying mixed things and wanted to get some opinions. I am supposed to test on the 16th. But the TWW is KILLING US! haha. Love and baby dust to all! 😍🤞❤

Update: took a test this afternoon and it came out negative. It may be too early and also because I didn't use FMU. I will try again on Monday or see if AF comes. I hope she doesn't!
