Need some opinions..

The Father of my children and I are divorced. Not even a month in. We are suppose to communicate about scheduling, appointments and non emergent updates about the children through an app called Our Family Wizard. Well he said he agreed to using it but hes not paying for his subscription. $100 for a year.

He told me he will put that money toward the children's well being and not something that can be done in text. (The reason myself and AFC put that in our custody agreement was because hes a narcasist and we can not communicate, so this would save us for having to text alot)

Do I

1) pay it myself

2) reach our to my attorny and see what they will say which im sure is either pay for it or have to bring him back to court

3) just let him not have it and he won't know about apts. Scheduling or updates on the kids. Which also means I wouldn't be able to ask for a weekend trade.

I dont need any judging of just get over it and text. If you've been gaslighted, emotionally and verbally abuse and love bombed you will know texting is not the best thing.
