Relationship advice!

I’m so lost and concussed on what to do!

I’m currently in a relationship for almost a year now but my boyfriend and I break up pretty much every month, there is also no trust ( he doesn’t trust me and I don’t truth him).He is a great guy and could be an amazing husband and father but idk if he could be for me! He loves me but I don’t.. Also I think I’m still in love with my ex after 2 years of not being with each other ( he feels the same way) is it time to call it quits in the new relationship!? What would you do!
