I need help ladies - I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and today both negative- is there hope for my blood work to come out positive? We did a rushed iui so the iui wasn’t done at the 36 hour mark we did it at like 22 hours and then did timed intercourse. So I guess I could have ovulated the next day . …. My boobs are tender and yesterday I was so dizzy but I am on endometrium so idk what’s what
